1. Controllers. HOLACONCEPTO, S.L., tax ID B70947056, Calle Sant Dalmir 26, sobreático, 08032 Barcelona, info@holaconcepto.es, is the controller of the data you give us through this site. When you request or buy the site survey, space planning or Starter Pack services, provided by Denis Efimtsev as a self-employed professional (same address and email), he is the controller of the data needed to prepare, deliver and invoice that service. You can contact both at info@holaconcepto.es.

2. Data we process. What you enter in the forms: name, email, phone, property or premises type, service, size, style, budget band, preferred date and time, message, links and any files or photos you attach. Technical data: IP address and the country derived from it. We do not need special-category data: please do not include it in messages or photos, and avoid photographing people. Required fields are needed to answer your request; without them we cannot prepare a quote.

3. Purposes and legal bases.

• Answer your request, prepare a quote or offer and arrange a visit: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Deliver and invoice the service you buy: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).
• Site and form security (anti-spam, abuse prevention) and the phone prefix for your country: legitimate interest in a secure, working site (art. 6.1.f).
• Basic page-view statistics in simplified mode, without cookies and without identifying you: legitimate interest in knowing aggregate use of the site (art. 6.1.f).

We do not send marketing emails without your prior consent. We make no automated decisions that affect you.

4. Retention. Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact. Clients: for the relationship and then for the legal periods (6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records).

5. Recipients. If your request concerns the site survey, space planning or Starter Pack, we pass it to Denis Efimtsev (autónomo), who handles it as controller (basis: your own request, GDPR art. 6.1.b). We do not disclose your data to other third parties unless the law requires it (for example the tax agency or courts). Service providers acting as processors under contract: Tilda Platform Cloud Services Co. LLC (site, forms and request handling; United Arab Emirates, with servers in the EU); our email provider (Spain); our accounting firm (Spain). When the fonts load, your IP address reaches Google (United States).

6. International transfers. Tilda processes data under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR art. 46). Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Decision (EU) 2023/1795).

7. Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@holaconcepto.es with the subject "Data protection". We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors. Our services are for adults. Do not send data of children under 14.

9. Security and changes. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Any change to this policy will be published here.
